NEIL D. KATZ, J.D., LL.M., C.P.A., is the Managing Partner in the law firm of Katz, Bernstein & Katz, LLP. Mr. Katz's areas of expertise include tax law, corporate planning and estate planning and administration. He has also authored an article published in the CPA Journal. Mr. Katz is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and recipient of Order of the Coif and the Bernard A. Chertcoff Award for excellence in taxation. He received his LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law. Mr. Katz was a tax professor in the Kaplan- Chaykin CPA Review Course, and Adjunct Professor at Hofstra University. |
